Booking a Tour or Excursion: Simple and Convenient
1. How to Book:

- Phone: Call our managers.
2. Booking Confirmation:
We will respond within 1 business day and provide the necessary information to complete the booking.
3. Payment:
Make the payment within 3 business days after booking confirmation.
You can pay at the office or by bank transfer.
Save the payment confirmation.
Important Information:
Tour Cancellation:
Notify us no later than 10 business days before the start of the tour for a full refund.
Refund terms depend on the cancellation notice period.
The terms of refund for canceled seats depend on the cancellation notice period:
- No later than 10 business days before the start of the tour - we refund 100% of the tour cost;
- From 9 to 7 business days before the start of the tour - we refund 85% of the tour cost;
- From 6 to 4 business days before the start of the tour - we refund 50% of the tour cost;
- Less than 3 business days before the start of the tour, as well as in case of no-show - payment is not refundable.
Tour Cancellation by Us:
We will notify you no later than 3 days before the start of the tour.
The funds will be refunded in full.
Information Letter:
You will receive detailed information about the tour 3 days before the start (for tours of 2 days or more) or 2 days before (for one-day tours).
Seats on the Bus:
Allocated by booking time (for multi-day tours).
The exact location is announced by the group leader during boarding.
