1. Request.
The request for availability of tours can be submitted through:

  • 2. Reservation. When to reserve a tour(excursion)?

  • The information about availability and confirmation of the reservation is provided within 1 business day from the date of request (except Saturday and Sunday, as well as public holidays).
  • Provided to confirmation of availability, a reservation is made, which involves the preliminary inclusion in the list of groups.
  • After the reservation, the responsible manager or his assistant will provide a list of details required for booking
    • surname, name and date of birth (day/ month/year) of all trip participants;
    • contact phone number of one of the participants of the trip;
    • other information depending on the features of the tour (accommodation requirements, food and tasting orders, etc.).

    3. If there are no availability for the tour, can places appear? Reserve.

  • In the absence of free seats on the tour, an entry to the reserve is proposed (a list of waiting for the appearance of empty seats), and you can also sign up for another tour on the desired date (subject to availability).
  • If places in tour become available, the possibility of booking a tour is offered in accordance with the order of formation of the reserve.
  • 4. How to make a payment?

  • The order must be paid within 3 business days from the date of confirmation (in the case of an order later than 3 days before departure, the payment deadline is agreed separately).
  • You can pay at the office or to a bank account (bank details are sent on request).
  • The document confirming the payment and which must keep until the end of the tour are:
  • paying at the office - cash warrant;
  • paying through a bank cash desk or bank terminal - a receipt on the transfer;
  • paying online - you need to write down the transaction number and the name of the payment system and/or save the electronic receipt.
  • When paying into a bank account, you must inform the responsible manager by e-mail about the payment made within 4 business hours, indicating the name and date of the tour, the name of the customer, the amount and time of payment.
  • 5. How to cancel a tour?

  • Cancellation of a tour by a tourist or travel agent provides for a refusal to order a tour of all or part of the participants of tour.
  • You may cancel your booking by notifying the responsible manager by e-mail or by phone .
  •  If you cancel a trip:
    • 10 business days or more prior to departure, we will retain 100% of the total cost; 
    • between 9 and 7 business days prior to departure, we will retain 85% of the total cost;
    • between 6 and 4 business days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total cost;
    • between 3 and 2business days prior to departure, we will retain 20% of the total cost;
    • less than 1 business day before the start of the tour, as well as in case of absence - no refund.
  • In the event that the customer finds a suitable replacement for canceled seats, then the paid funds can be credited in full in offsets.
  • For New Year, Christmas, and special offers, cancellation conditions may differ from the standard:
    • 13 business days or more prior to departure, we will retain 100% of the total cost; 
    • between 12 and 8 business days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total cost;
    • less than 7 business days before the start of the tour, as well as in case of absence - no refund.

    6. What happens if a tour is cancelled?

  • In case of cancellation of the tour, tourists and travel agents are notified about this by e-mail and by phone no later than 3 days before the start of the tour.
  • If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate tour or receive a full refund.
  • We will refund the loss which you have when returning tickets for travel from the place of your residence to the place of the tour departure (subject to availability of supporting documents).
  • 7. After payment, before the trip we will receive some additional information?

  • An information sheet with the contacts of the group leader, departure address and other information about the tour is sent to the e-mails of tourists and travel agents.
    • for 2 days tours and more: not later than 3 days before the start of the tour;
    • for tours and excursions lasting no more than 1 day: not later than 2 days.
  • Tourists who don't use e-mail are informed about the readiness of the information sheet by phone and can receive it in the office in printed form.
  • 8. How you can find out about your seat in a bus?

  • Seats on the bus are allocated depending on the time of booking: the earlier the tour is booked, the closer the seats are located to the front of the bus (this rule applies only to multi-day outbound tours).
  • The exact location of the seats on the bus is reported by the group leader when boarding the bus.
  • At the request of the customer, on departure, the responsible manager can inform the approximate places in the bus: beginning, middle, end, last row.
