Cooperation with travel agencies

 

"MTourism" has been organizing active holidays for young people and for those who love rich trips for more than 10 years. We actively cooperate with travel agencies in different regions of Ukraine, motivated by the stable and successful growth of the company. Our main goal is active and long-term cooperation, as we offer our customers a high level of services and the best prices in all directions.

 

1. To establish cooperation with the tour operator "MTourism" it is necessary to send a signed agency agreement for the sale of the tourist product, which you can download at the link below. We look forward to working with you!

 

2. The agency agreement must be completed and sent in duplicate with all the details and seals of the company with supporting documents:

  • Certificate of registration of the company or individual
  • Taxpayer certificate
  • License for tourist activities

    3. After agreeing all the details you will receive a copy of our signatures, details and stamps accordingly.

     

    4. All necessary information for realization of tours of "MTourism" can be found here at https://mtourism.com.ua/ and by e-mail.

     

    5. You can send request for free spot on tours through:

  • site: registration form;
  • email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.;
  • by calling the office's phone or manager's phone.

    6. The availability confirmation are answered within 1 business day of submitting the request (except Saturday and Sunday, as well as public weekends).

     

    7. Provided the availability is confirmed, a reservation is made, which presupposes prior inclusion in the group list. After the reservation is made, the responsible manager or his assistant informs the list of additional information to be provided.

    The request must include the following: travel agency name, manager's name and surname, manager's contact telephone number, manager's email, customer's name and surname, tour name, departure date, number of seats. A separate written request (one message) must be submitted for each tour.


    8. All the information about the tour, the route, the contacts of the group leader are sent in the "Information sheet", which must be obtained by tourists for the successful completion of the tour:

  • for 2 tours days or more not later than 3 calendar days before the start of the tour;
  • for tours and excursions not longer than 1 day not later than 2 calendar days.

    9. Cancellation of the travel agent's order implies the refusal of the tour order of all or part of the order participants. You must notify the responsible manager via email and telephone of the order cancellation. Conditions for refunding cancellation fees depend on the date of cancellation notice:

  • not later than 10 working days before the start of the tour - we will refund 100% of the tour price;
  • 9 to 7 working days before the start of the tour - 85% of the tour price is refunded;
  • 6 to 4 working days before the start of the tour - 50% of the tour price is refunded;
  • 3 to 2 business days before the start of the tour - 20% of the tour price is refunded;

    10. In the event that the customer finds a suitable replacement for the canceled seats, the funds paid can be offset in full. Cancellation conditions may differ from standard on New Year's, Christmas and specials.

     

    11. The travel agent's remuneration for selling the tourist product of the MTourism tour operator is from 10% of the cost of the tour.
